Abby Zimmerman joined Tao in 2018, bringing over a decade of experience in project coordination and management. Her expertise spans a wide range of construction projects—from small tenant improvements to complex, multimillion-dollar design-build structures. As Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager, Abby oversees the full lifecycle of current and upcoming projects. Her responsibilities include managing submittal packages, closeout documentation, change order requests (CORs), requests for information (RFIs), and time and material tracking (T&Ms). She also maintains Tao’s project management platform, Procore, and ensures that site personnel receive timely and accurate project information. Abby’s organizational strength and attention to detail make her an essential contributor to the success of every project.
