Justin Swiers - President:
Justin is a multi-generation plumber who is licensed and bonded in the state of California. He is recognized as an outstanding plumber throughout the Bay Area. He gained his plumbing knowledge through years of field work and schooling. He has been involved in all aspects of plumbing since 2001.

Mitchell Ibsen - Operations Manager:
Mitch is a third generation plumbing contractor licensed in three different states. At a young age he began working for the family business and through years of field work and schooling has developed an outstanding knowledge of plumbing design and code installation.

Doug Anderson - Chief Estimator:
Doug joined Tao in 1996 as a Journeyman Plumber who has developed key skills including key designer, estimator, and project manager.

Eddie Zamadics - Estimator:
Eddie joined Tao in 2008 as a truly complementary addition to our estimating team. Eddie has over thirty years of experience and in that time, he has been involved in projects ranging from small TI projects, to multi-million dollar design scopes. Eddie has a degree in mechanical engineering.

Charles Jimenez - Project Coordinator:
Charles has been involved with the plumbing field for over thirty years and during that time acquired an extensive knowledge regarding project development including, but not limited to, high rise engineering, pan deck layout and structural guidelines. His experience has allowed Tao to provide our general contracting teams an efficient and effective scope for plumbing and design.

Fredrik Ibsen - Purchasing / Safety Supervisor:
Fredrik joined Tao in 2012 working both in the warehouse and in the field. Maintaining relationships with our vendors from which we purchase our material is an important part of our business. He also ensures all safety measures and certification requirements are met.

David Pena - Office Manager:
David joined Tao in 2018 with a law degree and background in construction. He oversees all AR/AP and inventory control.
