Pre-Construction and Construction Services
Each project is overseen by one of our Senior Superintendents, in addition to a specific site foreman, dedicated to the project to ensure a proper installation for everyone. Discussing the project with the other trades is critical to ensuring a profitable, problem free project for everyone involved.
Estimating
Tao’s estimating team offers over 50 years of hands-on, technical expertise in the plumbing trade. With the benefit of this knowledge and years of experience, it is our objective to offer a superior, cost-effective approach to the overall project.
Consultation and Design
As an added benefit to our clients, we offer plumbing design / build scopes for Tenant Improvements and New Construction projects of all phases and sizes. Tao has been integral in producing design / build projects ranging from small dental offices to multi-story structures and parking garages. To complement this even further, we have been able to secure relationships with city building departments throughout the Bay Area, enabling us to offer a complete project management strategy to our clients.

We deliver tenant improvement (TI) plumbing solutions for projects ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 500,000 sq. ft., with a strong focus on water management and conservation.
